Why Women Under Construction Exists.
Hi friends,
When I started Women Under Construction almost two years ago, I didn’t have a fully formed vision—just a deep sense that God had placed something on my heart.
Over time, He has been faithful to meet me there—reshaping how I understand Him, His Word, and His calling for women. And through that process, He’s brought clarity to what this work is meant to be.
I’ve come to believe that many women in the Church have been invited to participate—but not always fully formed or released to lead. But when I look at Scripture, I see something more.
I see women who are grounded in truth, secure in their identity, and actively engaged in the work of the Kingdom—not as the exception, but as part of God’s design.
And that’s the vision moving forward.
Women Under Construction exists to form women in truth, ground them in their identity, and equip them to lead with clarity, conviction, and Kingdom confidence—in their churches, their work, their families, and their communities.
This is the work.
And I’m expectant for what God will do through it.
What we're building
We are building women who are:
Rooted in Truth
Women who know the Word of God, think theologically, and are anchored in Scripture—not culture or shifting opinions.
Grounded in Identity
Women who are secure as daughters of God, no longer striving to prove themselves, but living from who they already are in Christ.
Equipped to Lead
Women who are prepared to lead, disciple, teach, and influence in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
Released with Kingdom Confidence
Women who walk forward with clarity, conviction, and boldness—using their voice and their gifts for the sake of the Kingdom.
This is not about becoming more impressive.
It’s about becoming more faithful to what God has called us to carry.
Hi, I'm Kati.
I’m the founder of Women Under Construction—a space dedicated to forming women in truth, grounding them in their identity, and equipping them to lead with clarity, conviction, and Kingdom confidence.
I’m a seminary student, Bible teacher, and podcaster, but more than anything, I’m a woman who has been deeply shaped by the work God is doing in my own life.
This work didn’t start with a perfect plan. It started with a calling—and over time, God has used it to reshape how I understand Him, His Word, and what He has entrusted to women.
I created this space for women who know they were made for more—more than striving, more than uncertainty, more than staying on the sidelines of their faith.
Here, we do the deeper work of becoming women who are rooted in truth, secure in who they are, and ready to lead in the places God has called them.
